DELIVERIES

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Items ordered together may not be delivered on the same day, and occasionally, some items can be temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

We use An Post and Tnt Express to process our deliveries.

International Deliveries:

We would like to welcome international customers. We offer delivery to a wide range of countries  . For international delivery rates please contact us.

DELIVERY

Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of dfhome.ie - including interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card.

Please make sure you mark it clearly for this address and enclose a copy of the delivery docket and the reason for returning.

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will try to take care of the problem.

Refund process

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
